Brantley + Byron | Photo/Video Gallery | Providence Canyon
Brantley and Byron decided to do an elopement-styled shoot at Providence Canyon State Park. It was a beautiful location and a fun experience that alleviated the stress of their wedding day. This was a unique wedding experience for everyone, in a good way. As mentioned we got to head up to the Little Grand Canyon to shoot their first look and couple’s session. I’ve been to this spot a few times and each time I am amazed that on this side of the country we have this gem. Not only does it look like we are out west, but it provides such a great location for photo and video shoots.
Being that we were able to shoot the majority of the fun photos and videos during the elopement shoot, we didn’t have to worry about these kinds of shots during the wedding day. Normally on a wedding day, we show up around 10:30am and stay till about 9pm. We didn’t have to arrive to the wedding day venue until 3pm. It was just enough time to capture some prep and detail shots, move into recording letters, followed by the ceremony, snap some family shots, and finish up with the reception. On the wedding day, we literally saved half the amount of time by splitting up the couple’s session and the wedding celebration. Not to mention the stress we saved. As result, both days were wonderful.
From both the elopement-styled shoot and the wedding day, we captured some of our favorite images we’ve ever done! So good!
